Sanjay Paul Antony, Managing Director
In his 20 years of experience, Sanjay was the Head of the HR function of Novell's India operations; the Vice President and Head of Human Capital Management of Goldman Sachs in India and part of the Senior Management Team which set up the operations for Goldman Sachs' Technology and Operations divisions in India; and the Global Head of HR for Subex Limited. He has also worked with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Tata Motors and Godrej & Boyce. His experience spans a variety of industries- Oil & Gas, Automobile, Office Equipment, Financial Services, Hospitals, Infrastructure and Information Technology. At Subex, Sanjay successfully handled two of the biggest global acquisitions by any Indian IT organization and orchestrated the ensuing integration. He also helped build Subex into a global organization operating across countries, and was also part of Subex's Global Management Team.
Sanjay has also been on the selection panel of two leading Business Schools in India. He is also on the Board of two Technology start-up companies. He has a strong grasp of the skill market in India and is an expert on Compensation & Benefits (was selected by the CEO forum for Bangalore Forum for IT, as an expert on Compensation) and Recruitment & Selection. Executive Coaching assignments that he has handled include roles like the CEO of a Technology firm, CEO of a Training organization, CEO of a Manufacturing organization, Head of HR of a software product development organization and the Head of Finance of an organization.
Sanjay has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Tresa Abraham Paul, Director
Tresa has wide experience across Manufacturing, Advisory Services, IT, Infrastructure sectors in Human Resources. Tresa was responsible for the country-wide Training and Development function for Godrej and Boyce. She has also anchored research for HR related matters from India, for the Syndicated Research Group, a Research Advisory Service serving Fortune 500 companies in the USA. She has also helped set up HR processes and benefits packaging for the Indian technology centre of a US-based media research organization. As part of Abanel's consulting assignments, she was the Head of Human Resources for an Infrastructure company for a span of three years till March 2012.
Tresa has been actively driving the Search and Recruitment Function for Abanel and has a wide range of experience in driving searches for IT, Manufacturing, Services and Infrastructure Industries. The Search Vertical has anchored searches for senior roles across functions like R&D, Product Development, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Proposals, HR as well as CEOs and COOs. She also handles executive coaching assignments for managers across various sectors.
